- Personal or non-work related computer – Lockdown browser may not launch on company-issued laptops
- Internet connection
- External webcam – NO EXCEPTIONS a laptop or cell phone camera are not allowed
- Microphone
- Approved testing environment
Make Changes to Your Exam
Appointment – Reschedule or Cancel Your Appointment – must be done 72 hours in advance of
your appointment time
- Prepare yourself for Test Day
- Obtain Your Exam Results – results are provided via email immediately following your exam
